  • Less than 30 days before, cancellation fees may apply, up to 100% of the total booking amount.
  • The security deposit is always refunded.

To modify:

Changes are possible as long as your stay is scheduled more than 30 days ahead.

  • Any modification must be approved by the property owner.
  • The new stay must be of equal or higher value than the original booking.
