The place is very well equipped, a large kitchen with island and a large living room - dining room with a splendid view of the St. Lawrence River, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Massif de Charlevoix. In summer, you can enjoy the large outdoor terrace and the view of the River. The cottage also has a large landscaped lot for children to play outside. The Spa is accessible all year round. The chalet has 4 closed bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in an open area for a total of 10 travelers. A few steps away, you can venture into the forest and enjoy a small lookout and a waterfall. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
