The cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 adults, and up to 14 people when the group includes children. It has 4 bedrooms, including 2 large master suites with king size beds, private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The dorm room, equipped with 2 double beds and 2 single bunk beds with smart TV, is perfect for younger guests. A bedroom with queen bed and a sofa bed in the family room complete the sleeping areas. Inside, the spaces have been designed to encourage shared moments: a large kitchen with a huge island, a cozy living room with wood fireplace and a family room with pool table. Outside, two large covered terraces allow you to enjoy the site all year round. You will find a 4-season outdoor kitchen with Napoleon BBQ, a spa and an outdoor fireplace area. Parking can accommodate up to 6 vehicles and an electric car charging station is available. Note that the capacity entered in the reservation must be respected at all times, even if the maximum capacity of the chalet is not reached. If the capacity indicated in the reservation is exceeded: • $100 + taxes and fees per additional person, per night If the maximum permitted capacity of the chalet is exceeded: • The entire security deposit will be retained • Immediate expulsion of all guests, without refund
