Inspired by the Danish “hygge” concept, the cabin invites you to slow down, own less and enjoy more. Hygge is creating quality moments, alone or with those you love, in a warm and soothing space. Modern and well equipped kitchen Enjoy a practical kitchen with a built-in oven, small refrigerator, coffee bean coffee maker, dishes for four people, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. A fondue stove is also available for convivial dinners with friends or family. Transportation
From Montreal (approximately 2 hours 45 min): Take Highway 40 East in the direction of Trois-Rivières. In Trois-Rivières, take Highway 55 North to Shawinigan. Take exit 226 to join route 155 North in the direction of Grandes-Piles. Continue on 155 North to Route Ducharme Road in Saint-Roch-de-Mékinac. Turn right on Route Ducharme — number 419 is further along the road. From Quebec City (about 2 hours 30 min): Take Highway 40 West in the direction of Trois-Rivières. In Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade, take the exit for route 359 North. Follow it to Shawinigan, then take route 155 North in the direction of Saint-Roch-de-Mékinac. Turn right on Route Ducharme — 419 is located on this road. The cabin is also accessible by snowmobile and ATV. Tracks for its vehicles are accessible near the cabin.
