Bordered by the St-Maurice River, Chalet Mauricie is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends. With its breathtaking windows, its dream location and its three private bedrooms, everything is in this chalet to experience magnificent moments. This cozy chalet is fully equipped and furnished in order to enjoy an irreproachable stay. Located on the waterfront, the St-Maurice River is accessible from the land in order to be able to practice all water sports. A dock is also available to dock with your boat (free boat launch 5 minutes from the chalet). Only one space is reserved for the tenants of the chalet (extra to reserve more than one space). Inside, you will find a space to cook, a living room, a full bathroom, a laundry room and three private bedrooms including a bedroom with queen bed and private powder room. Finally, located in the living room, a gas fireplace is installed to provide a comfortable and warm atmosphere. Its majestic windows giving you a breathtaking view of St-Maurice then transport you to your private outdoor balcony. Outside, you have a magnificent small, private, furnished terrace. A propane BBQ is available (winter and summer). Winter and summer, you can enjoy the spa and the outdoor fireplace area to enjoy the moment. Wood for the fireplace is not included ($15/barrel fee + taxes). The whole site is at your disposal. You are welcome to walk on our trails to the tip of the mountain where you will find a magnificent view of St-Maurice (dirt road and pebbles). Three parking spaces are available on your land. To add a car, we will be happy to direct you to the right place. Swimming is strictly forbidden and the establishment is free from any accidents that may occur there.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
