Luxurious Scandinavian-inspired chalet located in Petite-Rivière-St-François, halfway between Le Massif de Charlevoix and the city of Baie-St-Paul. Built in the middle of nature and bordered by two small streams, you will be charmed by its minimalist and contemporary architecture. Villa Boréale stands out for its modern and refined design. The open area on the ground floor is ideal for gatherings with friends or family. A huge cathedral ceiling overlooks the room while the abundant windows offer natural light and a magnificent view of the forest that surrounds it. The master bedroom is on the mezzanine and has a king bed and a windowed reading area. In the basement, there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with four double bunk beds. Three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a shower bath, are available. A living room with sofa bed and television completes the space in the basement. Outside, a large cedar terrace invites relaxation and enjoyment with a four-season spa, a BBQ and a south-facing orientation offering maximum sunshine. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
