Upon arrival at the level of the first floor and the bedrooms, the slender mezzanine on the 2 floors (19-foot ceiling) highlights the views and the impressive volume of the living spaces located on the lower floor, on the ground floor, on the ground floor. The huge terrace acts as an extension to them. It enhances travel from inside to outside (vice versa) and gives way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/terrain whose horizon harmonizes with the river. The upper floor has been designed so that each suite offers private moments to residents, always in the comfort of the views and the light. FLOOR/Entrance level and suites 3x luxury suites with double bed and bathroom adjoining each of the rooms (Suite 1 = king bed + covered outdoor balcony/Suite 2 = queen bed/ Suite 3 = queen bed+ single bed); Bathrooms with ceramic shower and heated floor; Storage cupboard in each of the rooms; Large closet at the entrance with heated floor. In summer, during the months of June, July, August and September, residents have access to the hamlet of Les Terrasses Cap-à-l'Aigle (https://terrassescapalaigle.com) where there is a tennis court and a large swimming pool with lounge areas (included in high season prices — reservation required for tennis and lounge areas). Throughout the year, residents have access to more than 5 km of walking trails that are located on the Terrasses Cap-à-l'Aigle grounds and that are accessible directly from Villa Le Ruisseau.
