No noise or parties. No music outside. The occupants come here to relax. It is a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by the forest and other luxury tourist residences. No visitors allowed.
Maximum of 8 adults. The 5 capsule beds are intended for children.
Reservation by people aged 30 and over. We may ask you to provide identification and cancel bookings that do not comply with this rule.
$2,000 security deposit.
Pets: we don't treat them any differently than the humans that accompany them. They are welcome at home and are held to the same requirements as everyone else. Please note that this residence is a luxury home, with high-end equipment and furnishings. The house and its grounds must be left clean and without damage. You are the best judge of your animal's behavior.
