GROUND FLOOR 1 TV room for children GARDEN LEVEL: kitchen, living room, dining room, radiant stone floors, 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 bunk beds, each with their private bathroom with shower, 1 fireplace, 1 large terrace with sliding doors, 1 pool and pavilion with shower. Equipped kitchen (cookware, filter and espresso coffee maker, dishes, utensils, assorted glasses, fondue stove, etc.); sanitary paper provided at the beginning of the stay; bedding and towels provided; wood provided for indoor fireplace; washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave; telephone (long distance at the tenant's expense); televisions, Sonos system, DVD player, Internet/Wi-Fi; outdoor patio with seasonal garden furniture, propane BBQ. Entirely designed by an autodidact with a passion for architecture, this house has the elegance of being revealed only to those who live in it. Florent MOSER, a Quebecer of Swiss origin, was inspired by his numerous trips to Europe to create Les Arches, a building imbued with his two cultures. The upper part is reminiscent of a small barn with its silvery wood aged naturally in the sun. The lower part is hidden from view. When you arrive, it's impossible to know what awaits you. You have to go down to the first level to see its magnitude. Carved into the ground and bordered by large windows along its entire length, the ground floor is impressive with its five stone arches that are reminiscent of the architecture of certain European monasteries and bridges. The orientation of the house has been designed to create optimal sunlight throughout the day. A swimming pool adjacent to a pavilion, identical to the upper part of the house, adds to the pleasure and comfort of this home, built in a region as majestic as it is! Note: Due to the layout of the beds, a maximum of 6 adults can be present at the cottage (6 adults+ 6 children maximum).
