This contemporary luxury house located in Cap-à-l'Aigle (La Malbaie), in Charlevoix, offers a unique stay experience. Ascending the hill, then up the stairs to the house, allows these impressive views of the river, the Malbaie River estuary and The Mount of Rockfalls. Upstairs, the heart of the house, located between the evening terrace and the morning terrace, offers panoramic views of the exceptional setting of Charlevoix.

Neighborhood residents come here to relax. • Maximum of 8 adults. The 2 bunk beds (4 people) are only intended for children. • Reservation required per person aged 30 and over. Possible requirement to provide identification and cancellation of reservations that do not comply with this rule. • $2,000 security deposit. • Pets allowed except cats. Pets are welcome at home and are held to the same requirements as everyone else in a luxury home, with high-end equipment and furniture. The house and its grounds must be left clean, free of excrement and without damage. You are the best judge of your animal's behavior. • Arrivals (check-in) from 16:00 • Departures (check-out) before 11:00

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
