**Construction 2022, Capacity of 12 to 14 people** Spacious chalet combining luxury, comfort and rustic charm. The cottage is located in the heart of the Portneuf region, on the edge of Lac Vert in Rivière-à-Pierre. There you have direct access to a private beach, the lake and winter skating activities. The cottage includes all the amenities to make your stay with family or friends a great success: SPA located near the lake, indoor and outdoor fireplaces (wood provided free of charge), billiards, table tennis, high speed Internet, televisions, sound system, large terraces on each floor, air conditioning, electric vehicle charging station and much more. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room. Open concept ground floor with 9-foot ceilings and wooden beams: Incredible lake view, kitchen with large island, dining table that seats 16 people, living room with wood fireplace, 65" television. Shower room and entrance hall. On the central floor: Three bedrooms each with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds (bunk beds), full bathroom and access to a covered terrace. On the ground floor, on the edge of the lake: Game room with billiards, table tennis and 55” television. Full bathroom, laundry room, loveseat and 2 sofa beds. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
