PANDORA-33 | Beautiful cottage for rent in Gore!

*Chalet available for monthly rental only (32+ days) * The cottage is located in Gore Township, between Saint-Jérôme and Lachute. It only takes 1 hour 15 minutes to get there from Montreal. It is the perfect distance to completely disconnect from the city, while being able to get there quickly every weekend. The cottage is in a private estate and is surrounded by forest, making it a very tranquil location. The land is just under two acres and there is no construction at the back for several kilometers. There are landscaped trails very close by, making it the ideal place for long hikes in the forest. There is also access to a private lake just a five minute walk away. The lake has a small sandy beach and motor boats are not allowed. You can swim there and take full advantage of the paddleboards that come with the chalet rental (life jackets included). You will be lucky to be able to count on neighbours who are silent, super friendly and available when needed. The cottage comes fully equipped (bedding, dishes, small appliances, washer-dryer, etc.). All you have to do is bring your clothes and food! The chalet can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and a second with a queen bed and a double bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a spacious shower and a second with a bath. On the second floor, a large net allows you to sit up like in a hammock above the first floor. Children love it and adults can take the opportunity to nap while having a view of the forest. There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace (logs included in the rental). Inside, the fireplace is central, so you can enjoy it from anywhere in the cottage. We love our cottage and we are looking for people who will be able to enjoy and take care of it while we are away. For this reason, we are looking to rent to a single tenant for the full period. We are flexible on arrival and departure dates.
