*Chalet available for monthly rental only (31+ days) * The cottage is located in Gore Township, between Saint-Jérôme and Lachute. It only takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to get there from Montreal. It's the perfect distance to completely disconnect from the city, while still being able to get there quickly every weekend. The cottage is on a private estate and is surrounded by forest, making it a very tranquil place. The land is just under two acres and there is no construction at the back for several kilometers. There are landscaped trails very close by, making it the ideal place for long hikes in the forest. There's also access to a private lake just a five-minute walk away. The lake has a small sandy beach and motorboats are not allowed. You can swim there and take full advantage of the paddleboards that come with the chalet rental (life jackets included). You will be lucky enough to be able to count on silent, super friendly and available neighbors when needed. The cottage comes fully equipped (bedding, dishes, small appliances, washer-dryer, etc.). All you need to do is bring your clothes and food! The chalet can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and a second with a queen bed and a double bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a spacious shower and the second with a bath. On the second floor, a large net allows you to sit like in a hammock above the first floor. Children love it and adults can take the opportunity to nap while having a view of the forest. There is an indoor and outdoor fireplace (logs included in the rental). Inside, the fireplace is central, so you can enjoy everywhere in the cottage. We love our cottage and we are looking for people who will be able to enjoy and take care of it while we are away. For this reason, we are looking to rent to a single tenant for the full term. We are flexible on arrival and departure dates. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
