New construction since May 2025, this house has been designed using an open concept to optimize your family and friends reunions. The outdoor space on the ground floor includes a living room, a family room, a games room, a large kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen has large counters so you can cook as a group. The 2nd floor offers 5 bedrooms, a cozy family room and 3 full bathrooms with heated floors for your comfort. Everything has been designed for you to have a pleasant stay: throws, cushions and flip flops for the jacuzzi. With two covered outdoor patios arranged according to the season, a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace with chairs, you can enjoy the outdoors during the day and in the evening. The living room with bar area, pool table, table football and large television will allow pleasant moments of conviviality with family and friends.

Located on the Royal Laurentien Golf Course with free access to a shared pool, a beach, tennis court, volleyball court and play modules for children. Bike path and snowmobile and snowshoe trails directly on site.
A car is recommended.
