Description
New construction from December 2023, the sun facing chalet is bright and sunny. You will find a large kitchen with lots of counters, a living room and a living room with games room, 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with heated floors for your comfort. Everything is designed so that you have a pleasant stay with throws, cushions. Several possibilities of ambient lighting are available to you in each room to enhance your evenings. With two outdoor terraces furnished in season, one covered and the other facing full sun, a BBQ, a fire pit with chairs, you can enjoy it both during the day and in the evening. The living room with bar area, pool table, foosball table and large TV will allow pleasant gatherings between family and friends.
I respond quickly to your requests. There is also a lockbox outside. In case of emergency, I am able to get to the site in 30 minutes.
The cottage is located in Mont-Blanc on the Royal Laurentien Golf Estate. **You have free access to a beach, a swimming pool and paddling pool for children, a tennis and volleyball court, play structures for children, an outdoor skating rink and snowshoe trails in winter and a “Petit Train du Nord” bike path for bicycles in summer and snowmobiles in winter. Possibility to rent kayaks, pedal boats, bicycles and snowmobiles directly on the site. The chalet is also located a few minutes from Mont-Blanc and 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant for skiing and snowboarding. There are also several outdoor activities for the whole family such as Tyroparc, Sentier des Cîmes (observation tower) and casinos for adults. **Note that these items are available on the golf course. Better to have a car. There is a terminal to charge electric cars free of charge directly at the cottage. The neighborhood is very safe for hiking and a nearby bike path for bikes. Edit
Spa dressing gowns and flip flops. Heated floors in the four bathrooms. Firewood is provided for the outdoor and indoor fireplace. The electric car charging station is available free of charge. Bookings made after January 9, 2023 include all applicable taxes. Bookings made on or before January 9, 2023, 5% GST and 9.975% TVQ on your stay will be claimed upon arrival.
