Nestled in the heart of the Laurentians, this cozy cottage invites you to a rejuvenating getaway where tranquility, comfort and enchanting landscapes meet. Whether for a stay with family, friends or as a couple, every moment spent here will be a memorable break. The housing Located in La Minerve, near Lake Chapleau and surrounded by majestic forests, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The warm and well-appointed interior includes: 🛏️ 3 comfortable rooms 🛁 2 full bathrooms 🛋️ A friendly lounge 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ A bright dining area Outside, you can enjoy a private 4-season spa, a campfire area, a balcony/terrace with BBQ, and, depending on the season, access to a lake ideal for swimming or water sports. Please note that we do not provide wood. 🌊 Note: access to the lake is not directly on the property, you have to walk a few minutes across the main road to get there. Once there, you can enjoy two blue kayaks at your disposal. The paddles are stored in the chalet - please put them back in place after use. These boats are shared between the guests of the estate, in a spirit of conviviality. ** Note that the volleyball net & kayaks are available between June 1 and October 1 ** Passenger access You will have access to the entire cottage, including the land and all outdoor amenities. Here is the layout of the rooms: Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, master bedroom Upstairs: additional bedrooms, bathroom Basement (if applicable): games room/relaxation area/laundry Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please take note of the following points: - Noisy parties are not allowed - Non-smoking inside the chalet - Animals are not accepted (unless otherwise stated) - Respect for the neighborhood required at all times - A rental contract and security deposit may be requested prior to arrival
