🏡 Experience the escape surrounded by nature in La Minerve! Nestled in the heart of the Laurentians, this cozy cottage invites you to a rejuvenating getaway where tranquility, comfort and enchanting landscapes meet. Whether for a stay with family, friends or as a couple, every moment spent here will be a memorable break.

The property
Located in La Minerve, near Lake Chapleau and surrounded by majestic forests, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The warm and well-appointed interior includes: 🛏️ 3 comfortable rooms 🛁 2 full bathrooms 🛋️ A friendly lounge 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ A bright dining area Outside, you can enjoy a private 4-season spa, a campfire area, a balcony/terrace with BBQ, and, depending on the season, access to a lake ideal for swimming or water sports. Please note that we do not provide wood. 🌊 Note: access to the lake is not directly on the property, you have to walk a few minutes across the main road to get there. Once there, you can enjoy two blue kayaks at your disposal. The paddles are stored in the chalet - please put them back in place after use. These boats are shared between the guests of the estate, in a spirit of conviviality. ** Note that the volleyball net & kayaks are available between June 1 and October 1 ** Passenger access You will have access to the entire cottage, including the land and all outdoor amenities. Here is the layout of the rooms: Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, master bedroom Upstairs: additional bedrooms, bathroom Basement (if applicable): games room/relaxation area/laundry Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please take note of the following points: - Noisy parties are not allowed - Non-smoking inside the chalet - Animals are not accepted (unless otherwise stated) - Respect for the neighborhood required at all times - A rental contract and security deposit may be requested prior to arrival

The chalet is ideally located in La Minerve, an area popular for its large spaces and outdoor activities. Nearby, you can enjoy: - Hiking and snowshoeing in the wooded trails - Kayak, paddle boarding, swimming in the lake (Boats are not allowed to enter the water on Lac de La Minerve.) - Snowmobile and ATV trails (easy access) - Wildlife viewing and nature escapes - And in winter: downhill skiing, sliding, snowshoeing and skating nearby
