Le Cozy-St-Côme is a single-storey cottage on the edge of a private lake. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a very large bedroom with 4 single beds (bunk beds), ideal for children. Its large windows offer direct views of the lake. You can breathe in this large chalet with very beautiful living spaces.

Saint-Côme is a dynamic city, with numerous winter and summer activities. You are close to all amenities (grocery stores, SAQ, gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, Brasserie Tré Carré etc.) Nearby tourist attractions: - Village of Saint-Côme - Val Saint-Côme ski resort 3 minutes away (skiing, mountain biking) - Hiking (Bull Falls, Swaggin River Trail, Ouareau Forest Regional Park, Mont-Tremblant National Park) - Au Canot Volant outdoor center (Kayak/Canoe/Canoe/Rafting/swimming on the L'Assomption River) - Outfitters (Zec Lavigne, Lac Croche) - St-Jean Matha Slide - Snowmobile trails, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter - Ice cream festival organized by the city of Saint-Côme every winter - ATV, 4-wheel and snowmobile trails
The cottage is accessible in winter (no steep slope, located near the snow-cleared streets), but it is recommended to have snow tires.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
