Welcome to the chalet le ZÖR! Your haven of peace in the heart of the magnificent Lanaudière region. Located a few steps from a small peaceful lake, this cottage offers you an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries and relax in peace and quiet. Whether you are looking for tranquility, outdoor adventures or moments of conviviality with family or friends, the ZÖR chalet will meet all your expectations.

The property
The space The chalet le ZÖR has been designed in order to receive you in complete comfort. Chambers You will enjoy a restful sleep in our three closed rooms: The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a king size bed. In the basement, a bedroom includes a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. This configuration can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults. Two children's mattresses are also available. Bath towels and bedding are included. Cuisine The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to bring anything but your food! You will find everything you need on site: dishes, utensils, glasses, glasses, glasses, pots, pots, cauldrons, raclette set, mixer, coffee maker for filter coffee as well as a Nespresso machine. A few food essentials are also provided, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, and a few spices. Cleaning products and items are also available: soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags and paper towels. Living area In the living area, you can enjoy: a smart television that allows you to connect to your favorite applications; a warm gas fireplace; a foosball table; board games to entertain the whole family. A playroom is also available for children with toys, board games, and coloring pencils. Dining room and terrace The dining room includes a large table that can seat 8 guests. On the adjacent terrace, you will find an outdoor table and chairs, a relaxation area and a propane BBQ for grilling. Commodities The cottage is equipped with a high speed internet connection, air conditioning and drinking water. You will have access to two full bathrooms: on the ground floor: a bath-shower; on the ground floor: a free-standing bath and an adjacent shower. The washer and dryer are also available. Outside and lake Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery, with an outdoor fireplace and direct access to Lac Gérard. However, please note that the outdoor fireplace is not available from November to April. You will also have access to 2 kayaks for adults and 2 kayaks for children, as well as life jackets for adults and children, for hours of fun on the water! Boats are not available during the winter season, which is approximately from October 15 to May 1. Finally, you can enjoy the spa all year round! Note: we can hear the main road from the cottage. We look forward to welcoming you to us 🙂 Passenger access You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a storage space. By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Handbook with all the important information you need to know before your stay at the cottage, as well as addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby. Other information to note Television We have a smart TV in the unit but don't offer cable channels. You'll have access to Netflix and can also connect to your Prime and Disney+ accounts directly on the TV. Fireplaces and woods A gas fireplace is available inside as well as an outdoor fireplace. However, you must bring your own wood for the outdoor fireplace. You can also buy them near the chalet. Spa The spa is available throughout the year. Remember to bring your towels and swimsuit! Security camera A security camera is installed at the entrance of the chalet. It only points to the outside, in the direction of the parking lot. Lac Gérard The cottage faces the small Lac Gérard. However, it is not recommended to swim there since it is shallow. However, you can enjoy it with the boats for hours of fun on the water! Pleasant beaches are accessible nearby.
