Unique and well located chalet in the beautiful Cerf district. Construction 2023. Directly facing the ski slopes of Mont St-Côme and a few minutes from the village of St-Come.Enjoy a magnificent view of Lac du Cerf, the mountains and the Mont de Ski. The chalet is located on the mountainside and overlooks its neighbors.From the spa, the fireplace or from inside the chalet, you can admire the views of the lake and the mountains in all seasons.Access to the lake is nearby.
The property
Chalet on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dining room with a table that can accommodate 8 guests in addition to the lunch counter that can accommodate 4 guests. The chalet is also equipped with 2 living rooms, a 4-season veranda, a terrace and a work area with screen, keyboard and mouse. Inside the chalet, you will also find numerous board games as well as a card game table and an air hockey table to enhance your evenings! Outside, you will find a spa with mountain views, a fireplace and a swing chair for 4 people.
