Charming quaint little cottage built on an entirely wooded lot - Construction completed in July 2021 - Private access to the river with incredible views of an imposing waterfall over 30 feet - Come and relax to the sound of water and nature. Ground floor: Common area (20 x 13): living room with slow combustion stove and dining room for 6 people Kitchen (8 x 12): fully equipped with high-end appliances and small appliances (Kitchenaid and Breville), cookware, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, kettle, teapot, microwave, hand mixer, and Bluetooth speaker Master bedroom (13 x 10): king-size bed, bedside tables, walk-in closet, private bathroom (ceramic shower with built-in bench) and ample storage Shower room and large storage. Floor: Bedroom (18 x 14): Queen size bed, bedside table, dresser, armchair, reading lamp, private bathroom with bath and large storage. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
