The property
The chalet has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 in the basement and a mezzanine: ✔ a bedroom with a queen bed ✔ a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds ✔ a mezzanine with 2 double beds ✔ There are 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground floor. ✔ In the basement you will find a corner to play table football and a living room with a large television. ✔ On the mezzanine, a special children's corner awaits the little ones to play in a cabin area. ✔ The large open, spacious and very bright room allows beautiful family gatherings around the fireplace. ✔ The terrace overlooking the lake remains a very pleasant place in summer to relax and enjoy nature ✔ Private access to Lac Clermoustier with boat included: 1 pedal boat and 1 paddle board for two people

The cottage is ideally located on the edge of beautiful Lac Clermoustier, in a peaceful neighborhood in Chertsey. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place while being close to outdoor activities and local attractions. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this location offers the best of both worlds. Summer activities: 🌳 On site: Hiking trails, swimming (no engines on the water) and fishing. 🚣‍♀️ Boats included: 1 pedal boat + 1 paddle board for two people ⛳ Nearby: Golf, Ouareau Forest Regional Park, Arbraska, Dorwin Falls Park, Spa La Source in Rawdon. Winter activities: ❄️ On site: Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on a trail around the lake, skating on the lake (depending on the weather). 🎿 Nearby: Ski Val St-Côme, Ski Montcalm, Spa La Source in Rawdon, Tube slides in St-Jean-de-Matha (40 min).

Transportation
It is necessary to have a vehicle for the cottage. In winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended (SUV).

We have free WIFI and the LTE connection is very good at the cottage. You won't have to worry about watching movies or working from the cottage.
