The chalet has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 in the basement and a mezzanine: - a bedroom with a queen bed - a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds - a mezzanine with 2 double beds - There are 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground floor. - In the basement you will find a corner to play table football and a living room with a large television. - On the mezzanine, a special children's corner awaits the little ones to play in a cabin area. - The large open, spacious and very bright room allows beautiful family gatherings around the fireplace. - The terrace overlooking the lake remains a very pleasant place in summer to relax and enjoy nature.

Summer activities: On site: hiking trails, swimming (motorboats not allowed) and fishing. Boats included in your rental: There is a pedal boat and a simple kayak. Nearby: golf course, Forêt Ouareau Regional Park, Arbraska, Dorwin Falls Park and Spa La Source in Rawdon. Winter activities: On site: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on a magnificent trail around the lake, skating on a large skating rink by the lake (when Mother Nature allows it) Nearby: Ski Val St-Côme and Ski Montcalm, Spa La Source in Rawdon, Super tube slides in St-Jean-de-Matha (about 40 minutes).

Transportation
It is necessary to have a vehicle for the cottage. In winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended (SUV).
