About the cottage

Our chalet in the Nordic forest is perfect for enjoying a quality time as a couple, with a child or for a work retreat thanks to high speed Wi-Fi. Its warm and comfortable interior, made entirely of wood, as well as its full-height windows offer a breathtaking view of the wooded valley. The open concept kitchen and living room allow you to cook while enjoying the presence of your loved ones. Outside, you can also enjoy a fireplace with grill, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. All just 70 minutes from Montreal. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — CLEANING COSTS No cleaning fees are charged when booking. We trust our tenants to leave the premises in a clean and adequate condition upon departure. However, a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged if major cleaning is required after the stay. By reserving our property, you agree to these conditions.

The property
The cottage has an open concept kitchen, living room and dining area on the ground floor. La Half bath includes a sauna. The mezzanine bedroom has a queen bed and (optional) a double bed, as well as a work desk with High speed WiFi. There is a sauna for 2 people in the bathroom. The outdoor dining table (in spring- summer) and the fireplace overlook the wooded valley. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are heated floors and firewood heating (period from mid-September to April) or the air conditioning in summer. There is a front load washer and dryer available for usage. The cottage is located in a private forest, there are other cottages that are well separated from each other others through the forest, so it seems very private. The land is two acres. The area has hiking trails through nearby forests, with the closest trails in only 1-2 minutes on the road. Other longer trails are also very close by. An area outdoor games and 2 ponds are a 20-minute walk from the chalet. Large parking lot with electric car terminal. Autonomous and safe arrival with digital lock.
