About the cottage

Petit Gosford is located on the land of our maple grove. With more than 620 acres of private trails for walking, but you can also bring your mountain bike or even your off-trail skiing in winter. So there are no neighbours. It also has a view of Mount Gosford. Even though it is remote in the forest, it has all the amenities to make you feel the most comfortable. Located 15 minutes from Lac Mégantic and 35 minutes from Mont Mégantic/Astrolab It has no light pollution. The property
The cottage is also our pump station for our maple grove. (it's on the other side of the wall) It doesn't bother your stay in any way but take note that the chalet is closed during the sugar season, from February to early May.

Host availabilities
We take care of the cottage ourselves. We stay near the chalet, in the same village. We can respond quickly if needed.

Your neighbourhood
Do not hesitate to take a walk on our land. I mapped our trails and we have a mountain with an incredible view if you feel like taking up the challenge that I am offering you on the map of our trails. Or to go up there and reach the flag that I set up there from the most beautiful point of view. We have also set up a picnic table there if you want to dine there. I installed arrows at each intersection. Each of these refers you to the point of view. Otherwise, don't miss Lac Mégantic during the summer season. There is a free beach with a dock nearby between Woburn and Piopolis. Do not hesitate to go there to relax, to do Paddleboard or to disembark your canoe or kayak there.
