Inside: Rooms and comfort: Master bedroom (closed): Comfortable bed in an intimate and soothing space. Mezzanine (open): Cosy bed with, as a bonus, a view of the living space. Living spaces: Modern kitchen: An equipped kitchen with an island and two chairs, perfect for preparing and enjoying your meals. The water is drinkable. Dining room and living room: A table with four seats and a large L-shaped sofa are available in a bright and open space, designed for conviviality and comfort. Bathroom: A modern space combining functionality and aesthetics. Entertainment: Video game console (Nintendo Switch), infinity electronic game table for entertaining evenings with friends or family. NON-SMOKING cottage Outside: Patio and terrace: Enjoy a large outdoor space furnished with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. Gazebo with mosquito net at your disposal. Private pool: Available from June 30 to October 15 for refreshing days under the sun. Note: the pool is not heated. It is accessible during the summer season, but its temperature depends on weather conditions. Spa: Accessible all year round, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by nature. BBQ: Cook your favorite grills in the open air. Access to the river: Located 3 minutes away by car, perfect for lovers of nature and nautical activities. Paddleboards are available (with transport kit and inflation) and a dock are available. Outdoor activities: Enjoy summer games like Spikeball and Cornhole for fun times. A volleyball net and a soccer goal are available. Important notes: Capacity: Maximum of 4 people, ideal for a couple, a small family or a duo of friends. Transportation
Access in winter: From November to April, a 4x4 vehicle with winter tires is highly recommended. We are not responsible for towing costs.
