Chalet Mont-Nature is located in the countryside of Ham-Sud. Where the calm of nature is omnipresent, enveloping and soothing. Everywhere on the property, the ambiance is comforting and relaxing. The house has a first-class view of magnificent Mont-Ham.

The property
Come and enjoy a rejuvenating stay in nature. For the older ones, the stream crisscrossing the land inspired relaxation and for the younger ones, the innumerable dam constructions. The flow varies according to the rainfall and the seasons. A generous outdoor terrace is equipped so that you can enjoy quality moments during your stay. Whether it is to contemplate the mountain with an aperitif in hand, to enjoy a good meal in harmony with nature, for a dip in the spa, for a walk in the forest or for a chat by the fire, you will certainly be enveloped by the vegetation and tranquility. Access the interior of Chalet Mont-Nature through the convenient entrance for travelers. The living area will charm you with the soft harmony of its decor, by the comforting warmth of the logs that crackle in the living room, by the energy provided by the great luminosity of the windows, by the kitchen equipped with the essentials, by the pleasure of sharing a delicious meal in the comfort of the dining area. You can enjoy 1 bathroom per floor. Both are beautifully decorated. A first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a light style. The second bedroom is in the basement with bohemian decor. Finally, in the basement, the large dormitory bedroom with 3 bunk beds will please you with its unique furniture and dreamy atmosphere. All beds are queen size. To complete the visit, you will forget the time with the entertainment in the games room and lounge on the lower floor. Hours of fun await you.

Guests have access to the entire cottage (except for reservations of 2 people or less, ground floor only) and the entire property including the hiking trails on site as well as the snowshoeing trail on the Au Pied du Mont-Ham development. A map is available in the information book in the chalet. Access to the Mont-Ham Regional Park is offered free of charge for 4 adults upon presentation of the corporate card available in the information binder at the chalet. A certain amount of firewood is provided during your stay. For the indoor stove, it is located below it. Whereas for the outdoor stove, the logs are outside under the pergola. An additional quantity is available at a low cost. Access to the Chalet Mont-Nature is by means of a very practical code lock. You arrive at a time that is most convenient for you. It is desirable that arrival be before 23:00. The cottage is located in a rural area, the network is not optimal therefore, communication by wifi is recommended. RESPECT FOR THE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESERVATION At all times, the number of occupants (adult, child and baby), both inside and outside the property, must respect the number declared at the time of booking. In the event that someone is added for one or more nights or a visit during your stay, you must notify Monsieurchalets.com in order to have their approval before inviting them. A fee of $30/person/day-night will apply. In the event that the reservation capacity is exceeded and Mr. Chalets has not notified, a fixed fee of $500 and $100/person/day-night will be retained on one of the credit cards on file. In the event of non-compliance, MonsieurChalets.com reserves the right to immediately expel the group without reimbursement and to withhold the costs mentioned above. RESPECT FOR THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE COTTAGE The maximum capacity of the chalet is 10 people (adult, child and baby) and must be respected at all times. In the event that the capacity of the cottage is exceeded, a fixed fee of $500 and $100/person/day-night will be retained on one of the credit cards on file. In the event of non-compliance, MonsieurChalets.com reserves the right to immediately expel the group without reimbursement and to withhold the costs mentioned above. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME You must respect the time of arrival which is 17:00 and departure at 11:00am. Failure to comply with these hours will result in a fixed fee of $300 and $100 for each hour. (Ex: arrival at 16:22, fixed fee of $300 + $100 for 16:01 to 16:59 or departure at 11:33am, fixed penalty of $300 + $100 for 11:01am to 11:59am). If you plan an early arrival or a late departure, you should inquire about the rates and make an agreement before your stay. Offered subject to the availability of the chalet. SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT Smoking is strictly forbidden in the chalet (cigarette, cannabis, vape, etc.) In the event of non-compliance, a fixed fee of $500 and decontamination or cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card on file. FORBIDDEN ANIMALS Animals are strictly forbidden in the chalet and on the site under penalty of expulsion.
