The property is built from recycled shipping containers and includes two units, one of which is reserved for the owner's use. The left section (visible in the photo taken from the driveway leading to the front door) is the one reserved for rental. Tenants have exclusive access to this unit and the two units each have their own separate entrances. The owners are present from time to time but the layout of the two units guarantees the privacy and confidentiality of the tenants.
