Located in the peaceful Hameau area, it is near the Le Massif de Charlevoix ski center and only 10 minutes from the village of Baie-Saint-Paul. This modern chalet is ideal for: ✧ A couple ✧ A small family ✧ Two couples looking for comfort and tranquility Its open living area, bathed in light thanks to generous windows and large patio doors, offers a warm atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest. 🏡 Layout & Access You will have access to the complete unit of the chalet, in complete privacy, thanks to an autonomous entrance. The property is built from recycled shipping containers and includes two units, which are not rented separately. The left section (visible in the photo taken from the driveway leading to the front door) is the one reserved for rental. Tenants have exclusive access to this unit while the main entrance door leading to the other unit remains locked at all times. The right section is reserved for owners, who may be present on the premises during the rental period. Although both units are accessible through a shared entrance, the landlord does not use this common entrance when the rented unit is occupied. It accesses its section through a separate entrance at the back of the property. The layout of the two units guarantees the privacy and confidentiality of the tenants. The owner fully respects the privacy of the tenants and is not always present on site.
