À l'étage, cuisine, salon, chambre des maîtres et salle de bain. Vous retrouvrez à l'extérieur: terrasse, table patio et barbecue et une salle de bain indépendante pour les invités de la plage.Le terrain est aménagé d'arbres créant des zones d'ombre. Vous pourrez même, si vous le désirez, prendre le café sur une table de pique-nique située sur les rochers face au lac ainsi que profiter d'une plage de sable privée.
