Cozy living room in the basement: smart television compatible with Netflix, Prime Video, Prime Video, Apple TV and Disney+ (connection required), indoor wood fireplace and direct access to the outdoor fireplace. Washer/Dryer available. Modern bathroom on the first floor with bath. Basement bathroom with large glass shower. NON-SMOKING cottage. Extras: High speed Wi-Fi. Heating and air conditioning. Free private parking. Towels and bedding included. Outside Relaxation and activities: Direct access to Lake Louisa with a dock, and boats available such as a simple kayak, and a simple paddleboard. (Two adult life jackets included) ***For access to the lake; access is not intuitive. The cottage land being behind the neighboring cottages towards the lake. In summer, it will be relatively clear, you can access it with a small path. However, in winter, it is possible to get there but the trail is not maintained.
