Located at the waterfront, you have private access and dock to Lac Bourgeois in order to take advantage of the lake to recharge your batteries or practice “paddle boarding”.

The Quartier du Cerf is located just 2 km from the ski and mountain biking slopes of Val Saint-Côme. Several hiking trails have been set up in the neighborhood. You will also find Skidoo and mountain bike trails near the neighborhood.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
