Important regulations to respect: To ensure a pleasant, safe and respectful experience for all, please read carefully and respect the following regulations: 👥 Maximum capacity and visitors Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the chalet. This capacity must be respected at all times, without exception. A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed on site, between 9 am and 11 pm only. No visitors can stay overnight, and no other undeclared persons are allowed to access the property. 🐾 Animals Only one animal is allowed in the cottage. The animal must be domestic, well-behaved and registered in the “Number of Guests” section when booking. The animal should not climb on sofas or beds. Owners are fully responsible for breakage or damage caused by their animal. 🔇 Respect for the neighborhood and tranquility Thank you for acting in a responsible and respectful manner with the neighborhood. No loud behavior, loud music, or nuisance will be tolerated. Outdoor calm should be maintained especially between 22:00 and 08:00. 🚫 Fireworks and prohibited installations Fireworks are strictly forbidden at all times. It is forbidden to install a trailer, tent-trailer or any outdoor camping facility on the ground. 🔥 Outdoor fires Outdoor fires are only allowed in the outdoor fireplace equipped with the spark arrester. Never leave a fire unattended and make sure it is extinguished before leaving or going to bed. 🗑️ Waste and recycling All waste and recyclable materials should be placed in tightly closed bags. These bags must be placed in the two large outdoor bins provided for this purpose (one for garbage, one for recovery). 🧼 Cleanliness when you leave The cottage must be left clean and tidy upon departure. All used dishes should be washed, dried and put away. Please replace furniture and objects in their original place, empty the trash cans and ensure that no personal effects are forgotten. 📌 Failure to comply with these regulations could result in additional fees, a negative evaluation, or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
