This Leed (Gold) and Novoclimate-certified cottage for rent in the Laurentians will have everything to seduce lovers of tranquility and nature as well as all those looking to spend beautiful moments with family or friends. This chalet has been designed to offer you a real moment of relaxation in nature, so there is no wifi and no television. Built in 2019, on land facing south and overlooking a small lake, we were committed to minimizing our impact on the surrounding nature, which is simply superb. Whether taking a bath, cooking or sitting comfortably in the living room, you will be surrounded by superb views of the surrounding woods and the lake where it is good to swim in summer! Equipped to make your stay comfortable (dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffee maker, toaster...) we also provide bedding and towels to allow you to travel light! Books, sledges, board games and a sound system are also available!

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
