This beautiful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Abundant windows with panoramic views of the lake and the forest. On the main floor, you will find a full open concept kitchen for cooking in good company. The amenities in place will allow you to relax and feel at home. Huge terrace, bbq, outdoor fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth speaker, WIFI, smart TV and washer & dryer will be at your disposal during your stay. In addition, you will have access to a private dock with a swimmable lake.

During the summer season: 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks will be available. Fast and reliable internet provided by Starlink. Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube, but cable is not included. 4x4 or AWD car mandatory from November to May. Please note that we do not give any guarantees on the operation, cleanliness, or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance carried out during this period). Please note that we only supply propane between the months of May and October. Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for your understanding. We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels as well as spa or beach towels are not provided. The lights in the gazebo are solar and are only functional during the summer season. No guarantee of operation or safety is offered on the boats. Their use is at your own risk. Replacement parts can be hard to get at times. Although we regularly visually inspect the condition of the boats, it is not possible for us to test them by putting them in the water between each rental. Paddleboats may require you to empty them before use.

Cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
