Description

Chalet Le Paz is a family project located in a private domain on the edge of a magnificent non-navigable lake. This high-end chalet with a common area is ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy a quality time. Its huge windows allow you to connect with nature. During the summer season, you have a paddleboard, kayak and other boats at your disposal. You will also find a three-season veranda to enjoy the wonderful sunsets away from mosquitoes... In winter, what could be better than relaxing in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. From the heated concrete floor to the Italian shower, including the spa, nothing has been left out to ensure your comfort. The beautiful Lanaudière region is full of activities such as skiing, golf, hiking, spas, snowmobile and quad trails and more. With rest and tranquility as the main objective, no one other than the maximum of 6 guests is allowed on site. We look forward to welcoming you! Off-road vehicles and snowmobiles are not allowed on the ground. Do not walk on the cottage grounds. The trails are taken further afield. Access to the snowmobile trails must be made through the village of St-Alphonse *WOOD FOR THE OUTDOOR FIREPLACE: a few logs will be provided (about 10 logs). If you expect to need more, we suggest that you get them at the convenience store (not far from the cottage). **ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED ON SITE (dog, cat, cat, horse, chicken, etc.). Penalty of $250 or more if it is not respected **

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be canceled free of charge.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
