Description

The cottage is located directly on the shore of Lac Bourgeois in the prestigious Quartier du Cerf estate in Saint-Côme in Lanaudière. Its location also offers you a view of the slopes of the Val Saint-Côme ski resort, located only 2km from the chalet. A stream also encloses the more than one acre of land, thus enhancing the experience with its constant sound. The cottage has abundant windows, allowing you to contemplate the lake from all common areas. It has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with queen beds, one of which has a queen bunk bed. 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a propane gas fireplace, washer/dryer and heated floors on all the ceramics. A living room with smart TV, Chromecast for your applications and unlimited internet. Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace with dining room set and BBQ. A spa, a fireplace area (wood included) and a private beach. In the garage, you will find several waterboats (4 adult kayaks, 2 children's kayaks, 2 paddle boards) as well as several life jackets. In winter, you will find a ski rack as well as a space to dry your equipment. The Colonel is very well equipped!

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
