Welcome to Chalet Whisky This magnificent new high-end Timberblock cottage is located in Lanaudière, about 1 hour from Montreal. The Whiskey offers 3 very comfortable closed bedrooms. A queen bed is in the master bedroom located on the ground floor. On the mezzanine there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double single bunk bed. There is also a game room with a queen size wall bed. Several board games, a foosball table and finally an arcade with more than 10,000 games. There are two full bathrooms with heated floors. You can also enjoy a large open air space with abundant windows. The dining room can serve 8-10 people. The family space is equipped with a large sectional sofa, a propane fireplace and a 65" smart TV. High-speed WI-FI and Bell Fibre and Prime cable to keep you entertained. The outdoor layout offers you a very large balcony, outdoor furniture, outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a 6-seater therapeutic SPAS and an outdoor wood fireplace. You will also have access to the Assumption River to practice your nautical activities/sports less than one kilometer away. Snowmobile and ATV trails are also nearby. Ski lovers will be delighted with the Val St. Come ski slopes (15-20 min). The village of Saint-Alphonse de Rodriguez is 10 minutes away, so close to several services such as grocery store, SAQ, gas station, small restaurants and several others. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
