Cottage for rent on the shores of Lake Lanaudière Chalet le Raton is located in Lanaudière, more precisely in Chertsey, 50 minutes from Montreal. Directly on the shores of Lake Lili, a completely natural lake without any motor boats. This lake is beautiful with pure and transparent water that will take your breath away. The cottage has a magnificent view of the lake and its woods since it has large windows. It allows you to have beautiful family memories and create memories, all in the middle of nature. The chalet has a spa that you can access during your entire stay. The large terrace allows you to fully enjoy the open air of the countryside, nature and forest. You also have access to a BBQ to grill your meals with the family. The kitchen is very modern with a quartz island, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, KEURIG coffee maker, high chair for children. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a magnificent gas fireplace to enjoy your evenings. At the water's edge with 2 kayaks. It is recommended, when it starts to snow, to have a 4x4 or AWD car or good winter tires for a normal car, as there is a slope to climb to reach Lake Lili. We are not responsible for the problems caused.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
