Host availabilities
We are available at all times to answer your questions between 8 am and 9 pm every day. Any messages or calls received outside of these hours will be answered during the hours of availability mentioned.
Other information
1. Additional guest: our pricing is based on the number of people present per day. Any additional guests must pay a fee of $50 + tx/day, even if they don't stay overnight. Please let us know of their presence without delay, prior to arrival. The property cannot accommodate more people than what is confirmed on your reservation. We do not accept any reduction in the number of people 7 days or less before your arrival. We can add guests but not remove them.
2. Fireplace: Only ecological logs are allowed in the indoor wood fireplace. We provide 2 per stay as well as a few firelighters.
3. Noise: We are located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We are not located in the middle of the forest and there is a road in front of the house. Respect for the neighborhood is our priority. AT ALL TIMES, we have a zero tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise both inside and outside the house, under penalty of abruptly ending your stay without the possibility of reimbursement. The city's noise curfew is at 9 p.m.
4. No animals: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
5. Non-smoker: Our property is non-smoking (cigarettes and vaping).
6. Summer pool and lounge: The pool is generally open from mid-May to the end of September, depending on the temperature at night. We do not guarantee that the pool will be open for all stays booked in May and September. The summer lounge is not available in winter.
7. Fireworks/Drones: Please do not use fireworks, firecrackers, or drones on the property.
8. Cameras/noise detector: Please note that the house is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as an indoor and outdoor sound detector to ensure the respect and tranquility of our neighborhood.
9. Checkout: Please ensure that the departure time and departure instructions are fully respected. Additional fees apply for any incomplete tasks that are added to the basic tasks requested from the cleaning team and $100 in fees if the departure time is not respected.
10. Responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for paying any additional cleaning fees if the premises are not left in the same condition as when you arrived. You are also responsible for paying for any damage or tasks caused to the home, interior and exterior contents.
11. Shooting/shooting/event: Please contact us in order to validate the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these types of bookings. It is strictly forbidden to take photos for commercial purposes without first informing us. While our site is enchanting, we do not accept weddings or celebratory events.
12. RV/tent: Please note that it is not allowed to park RVs in the parking lot or on our lot, even if there are no guests sleeping inside the vehicle. Tents are also not allowed on the site.
13. Stays during busy periods: For holiday stays (from December 20 to January 6), Quebec, Ontario and American break weeks, Easter as well as summer stays from June 1 to September 30), we ask for a minimum of 4 people per reservation.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
When you leave, we will ask you to kindly:
- Leave all your towels in front of the washer
- Start a first load of bath towels in the washer
- Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure you turn it on
- Do not leave dirty or clean dishes in the sink or on the counters, or any kitchen item
- Empty all the trash cans used in the house and take the empties out into the appropriate bins outside.
- Set all the thermostats in the house to 19 degrees or leave the A/C on (summer only).
- Lock both doors and put the key back in the key box.
