A 5-minute walk from Lake Lyster Beach, where you can swim and rent boats, and a 5-minute drive from Mount Pinnacle, where various accessible hikes are offered, overlooking a breathtaking view. The city of Coaticook is only 15 minutes away, and in addition to Parc de la Gorge, local microbreweries, and the famous ice cream, you'll find everything you need. The chalet has a private balcony overlooking the mezzanine bedroom, as well as a large terrace on the ground floor. With two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, the cottage has two queen beds, one king bed and a sofa bed (double). It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. The maximum of 8 people must absolutely be respected at all times. In winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are almost right in the chalet's courtyard. Not to mention the skating rink and snowmobile trails only a few minutes away! Wildlife lovers, you will be served! Deer, foxes, ermines, countless birds, and even a great woodpecker frequently visit our guests! You will have access to everything you need to warm up in front of a wood stove fire, or in the outdoor fireplace to enjoy the beautiful starry evenings! The cottage is located on 1.5 acres of wooded land.
