A 5-minute walk from Lyster Lake Beach, where you can swim and rent boats, and a 5-minute drive from Mount Pinnacle, where various accessible hikes are offered, overlooking a breathtaking view. The city of Coaticook is only 15 minutes away, and in addition to La Gorge Park, local microbreweries and the famous ice cream, you will find everything you need. The chalet has a private balcony overlooking the mezzanine bedroom, as well as a large terrace on the ground floor. Equipped with two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, the cottage has two queen beds, one king bed and a sofa bed (double). It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. In winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are practically right in the cottage courtyard. Not to mention the skating rink and snowmobile trails only a few minutes away! Wildlife lovers, you will be served! Deer, foxes, ermines, countless birds, and even a large woodpecker frequently visit our guests! You will have access to everything you need to warm yourself in front of a fire at the wood stove, or in the outdoor fireplace to enjoy the beautiful starry evenings! The cottage is located on 1.5 acres of wooded land.
