Beautiful chalet in the heart of the Fief Massif de Charlevoix. Come and relax in nature in this property located on a large wooded lot and surrounded by a beautiful stream. There are 2 full bathrooms (including one in the master bedroom) and a powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, an ultra HD television will animate your evenings in front of a magnificent fireplace. In the family room in the basement, enjoy a 65-inch Ultra HD home theater. A laundry room is also available. Located a few minutes from the Le Massif ski center (less than 5 km by route 138) and 15 minutes from Baie-St-Paul, you will appreciate all that nature has to offer. You will thus be able to enjoy the good restaurants on Earth. La Malbaie, with its whales, its casino, its river and its golf courses, is sure to charm you. For nature lovers, the Hautes-Gorges and Grands-Jardins national parks will test your hiking skills. All this and much more to discover in this beautiful region of Charlevoix!

The neighborhood is very quiet. It is bordered by a hiking trail. We are very close to the Massif de Charlevoix, which allows a pleasant experience for sports lovers.

Other information
The neighborhood is not paved and is on gravel. The whole thing is very well done even with sports cars. On the other hand, in the spring when the frost thaws, it could be a bit more difficult for very low vehicles.
