This cottage for rent in Charlevoix will certainly offer you a most comfortable stay thanks to its many amenities: a gigantic kitchen island, a large open area common room and a huge sofa to enjoy an evening counting stories! The large balcony will allow you to fully enjoy summer days and have lunch at sunrise. You can also admire the magnificent view of the trees at the back of the chalet. This chalet has a private garage belonging to the owner of the chalet. It is therefore not accessible for the tenant during the stay. The bedding and household cleaning products used by the owner for his cottages are found in the latter.

Cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 30% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
