Bar counter with views of the river and mountains, large 50,000ft2 lot. Outdoor fireplace. Access to the river at your own risk.

- In case of snow during the stay, the tenant must take care of removing snow from the driveway and steps towards the entrance of the house. - access to the Jacques-Cartier River from the land is at your own risk. The height of the river varies enormously depending on the flooding of the waters.
