These units can accommodate 2 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children under 5 years old, and this only in cottages 4, 6 and 7) Maisonnette-6:1 bedroom with 1x double bed (2 adults) | 1 single futon (child) | **Must bring a floor mattress if you want to accommodate a 2nd child.
Fully furnished, equipped and decorated. Beautiful adjoining rustic bathroom. Country interior finish with pine planks. Air conditioner Private picnic table outside, access to the beach (nautical area) for the occupants of the rented unit.
Faux wood and ceramic floors, non-wired wall-mounted television (Roku available - connect your smartphone or Apple TV). Free wifi and throughout the territory of the cottages (without password). Intimate outdoor area and view towards the lake. A Keurig coffee maker is available during your stay (Capsules not included).
Canoeing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, pedalo, biking, biking, hiking, archery, flying ball, sightseeing, unusual Rabaska outings with campfire on the lake, hikes in cross-country skiing trails (depending on availability) or snowshoeing, initiations to ski sailing or acrobatic kite flying. Do not wash your animal (s) inside the unit
Even if your dog/cat usually sleeps with you, it's not allowed in our units.
Policies to follow
At all times, dogs must be kept on a leash on the site.
If you need to leave your animal alone in the home, it should be caged so that staff (if necessary in case of emergency) can move freely without risk.
As the owner of the animal, you are financially responsible for the damage caused by the animal. Beds and sofas should not be used by your pet at any time. A fee of $25 + taxes will apply for each piece of bedding and upholstery that requires specific cleaning.
Clean behind your animal (s), leaving no trace of its passage, neither inside nor around the home.
You must, at all times, limit your dog's barking so as not to disturb customers.
Management reserves the right to revoke your pet's right of residence if one or more of the above policies are not respected.
