The house and the land must be returned clean and without accident.

Une annulation effectuée moins de 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée au chalet entraînera la perte de toutes les sommes perçues jusqu'à présent (100% du montant total de la réservation). Seul le dépôt de sécurité pour bris et dommage sera remboursé aux locataires.
