Lac Simon is a navigable motorized lake, a dock space will be available to you during your stay. (Dock available July-August). Heated indoor pool + indoor SPA Air conditioning in each room *** Please note that there will be opening hours for the pool and the SPA from 8 AM to 22 PM *** The pool is private and shared with the people of the Manoir. (2 apartments attached to the Manoir). So you can meet people at the pool. ($) Possibility to access the pool and the SPA exclusively between 20:00 PM and 10:00 AM for additional charge of $250/night *** The pool is maintained every 2 days so it is possible that someone will spend your stay. *** Note that the land/parking lot is shared with 2 tenants who live next to the Manor.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
