The Tropic Ouaté is located near the magnificent Lac Clair in St-Côme. In the heart of nature, the place is conducive to a change of scenery and relaxation. The heated and private indoor pool will appeal to young and old alike for a holiday atmosphere in the south. The cottage can accommodate up to 18 guests, but a maximum of 12 adults.

The property
The chalet has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the mezzanine, contains a king bed and a bassinet as well as an adjoining bathroom. We then find on the ground floor a second bedroom with queen bed, a third with queen bed and single bed. In the basement, the fourth bedroom offers two double beds and two single bunk beds. The 5th bedroom has a double bed and three single beds, all of which are bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook while on vacation. You will have 2 fondue dishes, 2 raclette, a Nespresso machine with small capsules, a propane BBQ and a lighter BBQ at your disposal! The chalet has a large adjacent garage completely converted into a games room, with a bathroom. With the pool table, the table football, the ping pong table, you will have hours of fun guaranteed! Don't forget the indoor pool and the outdoor spa, open all year round! For summer, a short 3-minute walk will take you to Lac Clair, where a sandy beach and a dock on the lake with boats provided will allow you to enjoy the water. 3 paddle boards and 2 kayaks will be provided with life jackets, for hours of fun on the water! The cottage also has a wood fireplace in the living room, and an outdoor fireplace for summer evenings.
