Welcome to our sumptuous new chalet located only a few minutes from the Val St-Côme ski resort! This spacious 5-bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for getaways with family or friends. Relax in the private SPA after a day on the slopes or hiking, or enjoy a friendly evening around the pool table. The chalet is also equipped with a modern kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, as well as a terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. With its warm spaces and numerous amenities, our cottage offers you an exceptional setting for an unforgettable vacation, whether to enjoy winter or to explore outdoor activities in any season. Nestled between mountains and rivers, our property in Saint-Côme places you at the heart of the best activities in the region, summer and winter. 🛶 At the Flying Canoe Water activities center offering canoe or kayak trips on the L'Assomption River, with guided or autonomous options. ⏱️ About 5 minutes from your cottage. Louis-Philippe-De-Grandpré Park (Less than 10 minutes) This park offers 15 km of mountain biking trails in summer and 15 km for fatbiking in winter, suitable for all levels Lavigne Coin Outfitter (10 minutes) This outfitter offers eight lakes for trout fishing and also offers snowmobile rentals. Saint-Côme en Glace Festival (10 minutes) Each winter, this festival presents more than 150 ice sculptures along Main Street, creating a magical atmosphere. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbours. **BBQ maintained in summer only** Security deposit There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding. Dog Friendly Policy We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our permission. - Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays. * Maximum one dog in the chalet We do not accept young dogs under 1 year of age. * Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized Your dog must be “clean”, must not climb on furniture, or access rooms at all times. * Your dog should not cause noise pollution for the neighbours.
