Welcome to Heaven 47! You will create so many happy memories in our spacious 2200 sq ft. waterfront cottage located in the mountains of Notre Dame de Pontmain, Quebec. With a King Mattress in every room, a triple car garage games room, and loads of water toys and lawn games – you will have so many options to fill your time with fun & laughter! It is filled with high end furniture, bedding, candles & soaps for you to feel like you are at a spa retreat.

- There are 3 bedrooms, all with King size mattress'. It sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably, but can accommodate 10 as there is also a Queen Murphy bed, a double Pull out sofa, and the Bunk bed also has a twin on top and a trundle along with the King size mattress. **Please note: bookings over 8 people will result in an additional charge of $50 per person/ night. Amenities: • Brand new 8-10 person hot tub (Dec. 2021 Installation) • High speed unlimited internet from Elon Musk/ Starlink • A/C • Outdoor Firepit with 8 Muskoka Chairs • Firewood - Large Bundle supplied by us and extra will be available for an additional cost. • Dock on the water with option to dock your watercraft (Boat launch is 5 minutes away) • Large games room with:  Pool table/ Ping Pong/ Basketball/ Mini-Putt/ Skeeball/ Arcade that has over 20,000 old school games, Magnetic Darts and Bar area with bar fridge • Gas Fireplace and woodstove inside • 2 large screen TV’s with Netflix and Cable with every channel and current movies • Dining Room table for 8 but can fit more • 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island • Fully equipped Kitchen with extra fridge and freezer in basement to hold extra food • Keurig Coffee Machine/ Slow cooker/ tea pot/ Blender/ Pots & Pans/ enough plates and cutlery for an army/ wine openers (lots because they are a necessity) • Wine tasting and Beer Tasting Kits on site from MTK - My Tasting Kit • Culligan Water Tank – even though the water is drinkable/ potable • Huge Upper Deck with bar area/ Dining & sectional including a fire table • 6 burner BBQ (Fire table and BBQ are both linked to large propane tank so you never have to worry about usage or refilling) • 2 full bathrooms with 2 showers and a free standing tub • Washer & Dryer • Parking – big enough for 10+ cars easily • Water toys – Kayaks/ Paddle Boards/ Canoe/ Water Mat • 14 Helly Hansen Life Jackets (3XL/ 1L/ 2 Mdm/ 4 Small/ 2 XS/ and 2XXS) • Lawn games on site: Bean Bag Toss/ Ladder Golf/ KanJam/ Horseshoe Pit and more! • Basement games table for the many board games or puzzles on site Also many books to curl up with for a read • Lower level outdoor Gazebo with 4 modern loungers **Please note: The property has 2 security cameras placed on the front deck/ garage for monitoring the driveway/ parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring he cameras is prohibited. They are there to protect the home and view any damage, thefts that could occur in an unfortunate event as there are times when it remains vacant. Le quartier
Our place (Heaven47) is very private with neighbors pretty far away and separated by large beautiful trees. We also do not have any neighbors across the river so if privacy is what you are looking for then we 've got you covered. We tried to make the cottage as fun as possible so you don't have to stay too far but if you want to go into Notre Dame de Pontmain there is a nice little park there for the kids to enjoy. If you are adventurous and feel like taking a 25 minute drive to Mont-Laurier you will have great restaurants like Boston pizza, Cage aux sports, St-Hubert and many local places as well with great food. We have also enjoyed a fun mini-putt and bowling alley.

Une annulation effectuée dans les 24h suivant la confirmation de la réservation peut être annulée sans frais.

Une annulation effectuée au-delà de 60 jours avant la date d'arrivée au chalet entraînera la perte d'un montant de 10% du montant total de la réservation à titre de dommages et intérêts.

Une annulation effectuée au-delà de 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée au chalet entraînera la perte du dépôt de réservation (30% du montant total de la réservation) à titre de dommages et intérêts.
