2 closed bedrooms, a mezzanine and 2 bathrooms. Spa and stove to enhance the stay and the experience. Comfortably for 6 adults (possibility of adding two people on an inflatable mattress) Extra $50 per person & per night. The musts in the kitchen: Raclette machine and extension cord Nespresso machine and capsules provided Mezzanine (king bed) with bathroom (shower+toilet) Desk (king bed that unfolds) bedroom (queen bed) If you love nature and peace, you will be served. The cottage is in a dead-end road so very few cars pass - The majority of neighbors take advantage of the path to stroll and jog. We encourage visitors to show up when you request a reservation. The chalet is also our residence and not just a rental place. We want to receive people who respect the place and the neighborhood. Hiking and biking trails. Tourist attractions In summer: vineyards and wine routes, country tables, & restaurants nearby. In winter: Ice fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Aukaneck sled dogs. Chalet la Dînette can be rented for the weekend, the week or longer. Located 10 minutes by car from Lake Champlain, 15 minutes from the borders with Philipsburg. If you want to make a trip to the United States (14 km away), it is recommended that you bring your passport.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of 10% of the total reservation amount as damages.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of the booking deposit (30% of the total reservation amount) as damages.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date at the cottage will result in the loss of all amounts received so far (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded to tenants.
